Participants will convene at 9 a.m. and start the parade at 10 a.m. on April 13. The gathering involves a 5-mile ride, designed to be inclusive for all ages, and open to different levels of biking skills and types of cycles. This arrangement allows citizens, irrespective of their biking proficiency or the nature of their cycles, to be part of this memorable community-based event.
