Fifteen-Year-Old Suspect Tased and Arrested Over Stabbing Incident

A Teenager Accused of Stabbing

San Antonio City: Appalling reports from the heart of Texas emerged on Saturday, revealing a disturbing violent attack involving a youngster and a man in his early thirties. The San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) released an official statement, stating that a 15-year-old has been accused of stabbing a 33-year-old man.

Initial Reports from the Authorities

Around 10 p.m., the SAPD received an alert about a possible assault taking place on West Mariposa Drive. The assailant was reported to be potentially suffering a mental health crisis. Upon arriving at the designated location, officers found that the suspect had fled.

A second call, this time reporting a stabbing, redirected the officers to the 300 block of West Wildwood Drive. It was here that they spotted a young boy running with a knife in hand.

A High Tension Chase Ends with an Arrest

Ignoring the police commands, the teenage suspect continued to evade law enforcement. As the situation intensified, a Taser was used by the officers in order to safely apprehend the suspect.

The Violent Assault Unfolded

After the arrest, the police found the victim of the assault—a 33-year-old man, suffering from a life-threatening stab wound in his chest. The wounded man was immediately transported to a local hospital for urgent medical attention.

Double Charges Pressed on the Teenager

The 15-year-old suspect responsible for the act is facing serious charges. He has been charged with aggravated assault and is in custody.
