Soon, the much-loved bakery will make its tasty treats available to those who live in San Antonio. For one day only, the Seattle institution will host a pop-up at Alamo Beer on October 9th.

A Taste of Eastern Europe in San Antonio

Known for serving mouth-watering piroshkies, street food typically found in many Eastern European countries, Piroshky Piroshky Bakery offers a unique experience to its patrons. With sumptuous fillings ranging from meats to mashed potato, cream cheese to smoked salmon, the bakery assures that there is something for everyone. In a boost to its diverse clientele, the bakery even offers vegan options.

The piroshky business that began in 1992 has since received national recognition. Late celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain featured the bakery on his hit television show, “Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations,” further testament to its popularity.

One-Day Pop-Up: What to Expect

Locals who wish to indulge in the delectable piroshkies can place their orders two days prior to the event. Every order will be made-to-order, hand-baked by the Piroshky Piroshky Bakery team, flash frozen and ready for pick up on the day of the event.
