According to recent filings, this exciting new outlet will break ground in January and is expected to open its doors by May 2025. The restaurant will be situated on I-35 North at 18476 I-35 North. Covering a spacious 2,500 square feet, the entire project is projected to cost about $400,000. That’s a significant investment, but it shows just how committed Dave’s Hot Chicken is to becoming a part of our community!

For those who might not be familiar, Dave’s Hot Chicken started out as a humble food stand in an East Hollywood parking lot back in 2017. It was founded by a group of friends, including Dave Kopushyan, who sharpened his skills at the prestigious three Michelin-star restaurant, The French Laundry.
