Hey San Antonio! We’ve got some exciting news that’s sure to perk up your taste buds. Adair Concepts, a popular hospitality group with roots in Houston, is set to bring some delicious new dining options to our vibrant city. Get ready for the first-ever Adair Kitchen location here, opening early in 2025! This is big news considering it will take over the historical spot that once housed Jim’s, a beloved eatery that served our community for an impressive 53 years before closing earlier this year.
Adair Kitchen is all about fresh, farm-to-table dining and offers an extensive menu that caters to a variety of appetites throughout the day. Early risers will love the breakfast selections, featuring fresh-squeezed juices and homemade biscuits. But, if you’re like most of us who crave something hearty for dinner, you can dig into dishes like pecan crusted baked chicken. And let’s not forget the cheeky salad named “Not Jennifer Aniston’s Salad”, paying homage to the actress’s viral healthy meal hack. It’s a delightful twist to a classic that’s bound to be a crowd-pleaser!
But wait, there’s more! Adair Concepts isn’t stopping at just one location in San Antonio. We’ve learned that there are even more plans in the works. In addition to the Adair Kitchen on Broadway, there’s going to be a shiny new Los Tios location, which is Adair’s signature Tex-Mex brand, opening soon in Fredericksburg. How exciting is that?
For those craving comfort food, Los Tios has all your favorites, from enchiladas and tacos to delicious fajita plates and refreshing margaritas. Plus, they’ve got a menu for the kiddos, meaning it’s the perfect family-friendly spot. The Fredericksburg location at 203 E. San Antonio St. is set to open later this year, bringing a taste of Texas to the charming town.
As a cherry on top, a second Los Tios is also gearing up for an opening at 4820 Broadway in San Antonio, expected to open in 2025. It will be just a hop, skip, and jump away from the Adair Kitchen. Adair Concepts President, Nick Adair, expressed how excited the team is about expanding into San Antonio, sharing, “We have tremendous affection for San Antonio and can’t wait to be part of a community so rich in history and passionate about food.”
So what does this mean for the people of San Antonio? It means more options for delightful meals that are both healthy and affordable. It’s always great to see local businesses grow and provide even more dining experiences for us food lovers. Whether you are stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Adair Kitchen and Los Tios promise something special for everyone.
As we gear up for these openings in the next couple of years, let’s keep our fingers crossed for some amazing new flavors and friendly atmosphere that we’ve come to love. San Antonio, get ready to feast; a new chapter of deliciousness is coming your way!
