Winder, Georgia – A grand jury in Barrow County has formally charged Colt Gray, just 14 years old, along with his father Colin Gray, in relation to the tragic mass shooting that occurred last month at Apalachee High School. According to Brad Smith, the District Attorney of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit, Colt Gray faces 55 charges. This list includes four charges of murder, four counts of felony murder, and 25 charges of aggravated assault. He also faces 18 counts of first-degree cruelty to children. “This is a case with the most victims in any criminal case in the county,” Smith emphasized.
