Utah-based FiiZ Drinks Closes all San Antonio Operations

San Antonio: The popular Utah-based beverage chain FiiZ Drinks, known for its extensive menu of customizable drinks, has announced the closure of its San Antonio locations just a year after opening. The reasons for this sudden closure are reported to be “situations beyond our control”.

FiiZ Drinks’ Journey in San Antonio

The first FiiZ Drinks outpost in San Antonio opened in February 2023 at 3521 Broadway St., previously a Sonic Drive-In location that had been vacant for around five years. This was followed by the opening of a satellite location in Converse. Both these locations had fast become a favored spot among locals for a flavorful beverage fix.

Unanswered Calls and Unresolved Questions

While the announcement of the closure was via social media, it remains unclear if the closure applies to both the central San Antonio location and the Converse outlet at 7215 Loop 1604. Repeated attempts to reach the Converse outlet were met with silence as no calls were answered, and its Google Business page now states it as ‘temporarily closed’.

Although efforts were made to reach out to the chain for more information about its sudden closure, they remained unresponsive, deepening the mystery behind their abrupt decision.

About FiiZ Drinks

FiiZ Drinks, well-known for its rich and unique menu of sodas, Italian sodas, smoothies – customizable with a wide array of fruit purees and flavored syrups, had carved its own niche in the beverages sector. In addition to its diverse drinks menu, the chain also offered its patrons snacks ranging from pretzels to churro-styled donuts making it a popular hangout spot.

Despite the closure of FiiZ Drinks, there are many other promising outlets that are sure to capture the attention and taste buds of the locals.
