George Strait to Perform in San Antonio
SAN ANTONIO – Following a summer filled with record-breaking concerts, including a phenomenal performance at Kyle Field in College Station, country music legend George Strait has announced his return to Texas. The singer will bring his time-honored tunes to San Antonio, performing in front of an impressive audience at the Patriot Awards Gala in October.

According to the event’s website, the Patriot Award will be accepted by Charlotte Jones, daughter of Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, who has been significantly involved in fundraising efforts for the recently proposed National Medal of Honor Museum. The museum is slated for launch in March in Arlington, Texas.
Serving as the master of ceremonies for the resplendent occasion is actor Gary Sinese, enhancing the star-studded flair of the event.
