In an unfortunate incident on the Southwest side, a residential fire broke out in the early hours of the morning, causing an estimated damage close to $75,000. The San Antonio fire investigators are untangling its cause.

The fire alarm rang at about 2 a.m. indicating a potential fire in a house located within the 200th block of McLaughlin Avenue, nestled between Southwest Military Drive and New Laredo Highway.
