San Antonio – A harrowing accident occurred on Sunday evening when a vehicle carrying nine people, including seven children, experienced a tire blowout on Interstate 35, leading to an unsettling scene.
The incident took place around 7:30 p.m. on the northbound side of the interstate near Frost Bank Center Drive.
