Bubby’s Jewish Soul Food concluded its short but service-packed 18-month span in July 2023, making way for Jersey Mike’s, a revitalizing addition to the Summerfield Crossing retail center.

With nearly 30 varieties of fresh-made sub sandwiches in their arsenal, Jersey Mike’s stack includes both hot and cold subs. Cold subs lovers would be enticed to try the Jersey Shore’s Favorite with provolone, ham, and cappacuolo, a club supreme, or the tuna fish sub. Hot subs offerings feature the Smoky Southwestern Cheese Steak, Mike’s Chicken Philly, and a grilled portobello mushroom and Swiss sub, ensuring a satisfying meal for every palate.

Unfortunately, Jersey Mike’s fans will have to stay tuned for an opening date as the company representatives have yet to announce one. However, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the renovation project, which covers the 1,500-square-foot former Bubby’s restaurant site, is expected to be concluded by September.
