San Antonio, June 28, 2024 – This coming weekend, District 9 of San Antonio has the honor of hosting the first ever Military City USA Expo. The event is tailored specifically to active military personnel, veterans, and their families, offering them an array of resources and insights into organizations and ventures that serve military families.
The expo will provide attendees with a wealth of information and resources from diverse organizations, companies, and projects specifically designed to cater to the needs of military families. This event aims to build deeper connections by bringing together public and private sector initiatives under one roof, maximizing the collective efficacy of resources for military personnel, their veterans, and their families.
Alongside a wide variety of informative sessions and networking opportunities, the expo will also offer light refreshments to keep the attendees refreshed through the day. Also, adding to the excitement, a veteran-owned ice cream truck will be at the venue, serving delightful ice cream flavors to the visitors.
Scheduled to take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 29-30, the event will be hosted at the Walker Ranch Senior Center located at 835 W Rhapsody Dr. Attendees eagerly looking forward to this event are encouraged to RSVP here.

For the military community in San Antonio and beyond, this first-ever event promises to be an enriching experience. We look forward to greeting our active military members, veterans, and their families and offer them an opportunity to explore the resources available to them. This event aims to become a bridge between those who serve the nation and the resources that serve them.
