All About Los Tios
Los Tios has been a beloved spot for Tex-Mex classics since its inception in 1970 and has continued to be a crowd favorite since Adair Concepts took over the restaurant in 2000. Known for scrumptious bites like shrimp enchiladas, fajitas, and their signature Puffy Queso, which features a delightful puffed shell filled with warm, cheesy goodness, this restaurant is gearing up to expand its presence. While there are currently six locations in Houston, the new San Antonio spot will be conveniently located just a block away from Adair Kitchen at 4820 Broadway, opening in early 2025.
