Driver Suffers Critical Injuries Following North Side Crash, SAPD Reports

The dangerous collision took place around 4:30 p.m. on the intersection of Gold Canyon Road and Redland Road on the North Side, with a truck crossing the median and colliding with another vehicle.

According to the SAPD officers, a silver truck crossed the median unexpectedly for reasons yet unclear and t-boned another vehicle. The impact of the crash was so immense that it caused the second vehicle involved to flip over, before settling down on a nearby sidewalk.

The driver of the silver truck, responsible for the accident, sustained critical injuries and was immediately transported to a local hospital for emergency medical attention. As for the second driver, who’s vehicle flipped over, he fortunately suffered only minimal injuries according to the police report.
