Postino Launches New Brunch Menu at San Antonio Spot

San Antonio: Postino WineCafé, a popular dining spot in San Antonio, is set to unveil their new brunch menu starting Saturday, September 14.

Savory Delights and Sweet Treats

The brunch menu, which will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., introduces a variety of tantalizing dishes to satisfy any palate. “What the French”, their intriguingly named, cast-iron baked French toast, promises to be a delight for those with a sweet tooth. This focaccia style French toast is garnished with pecans, drenched in caramel and topped off with a generous scoop of ice cream.

A complementary savory option is the meatball shakshouka, providing an interesting twist to brunch classics. Complementing the new dishes is the avocado toast, sprinkle-seeded to perfection.

For the health-conscious or those seeking to replenish after a strenuous workout, the P.R.E.A.M. bowl presents a choice option. The grilled skewer, boiled egg, broccolini, and grains, topped with parmigiano reggiano, stance this bowl as a refreshing refuel.

A Splash of Beverage Innovations

Besides the new food items, Postino WineCafé’s brunch menu expands on its line of cocktails and wine selections. The eatery offers a unique twist on the classic Bloody Mary with its Sherry Mary, providing a wine-based alternative.

Additional brunch cocktails include the Killer Queen, an enticing blend of moscato, cava, and Cocchi Americano, an Italian aperitif wine. For those who prefer traditional brunch drinks, multiple mimosa options and white peach bellinis are also available.

The launch of the new brunch menu provides a weekend culinary delight for San Antonians and tourists alike. Postino WineCafé is located at 2600 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78215, and is ready to serve these exquisite brunch offerings.

A Taste of What’s to Come at Other Locations

The same brunch menu items will also be available at Postino’s La Cantera location, providing more avenues to those wanting to experience Postino’s brunch.

With the launch of their new brunch menu, Postino WineCafé continues its vision of providing innovatively delicious offerings, cementing its place in San Antonio’s vibrant culinary scene.
