The bustling city of San Antonio is set to host a new music festival in the spring of 2025. The much-anticipated RISE Music Festival will make its debut on May 3, 2025, at The Espee near St. Paul Square. Initially scheduled for October 12, the inaugural festival has been rescheduled to provide an even better experience for attendees signaling a commitment to a high-quality music event.
Jarrell Flowers, the Festival Creative Director, stated that this choice to reschedule the event was to ensure the “best possible experience for attendees.” Flowers expressed excitement about the opportunity to integrate fresh elements into the festival, creating a dynamic and lively environment that will maintain enthusiasm throughout the day.
RISE Music Festival aims to not only entertain but also foster and promote local arts, culture, and community. The festival intends to demonstrate San Antonio’s vibrant local talent through a grand music celebration. Alongside the music, attendees can look forward to local food vendors, a myriad of striking art installations, and more.
The festival’s headliner has been confirmed to be the popular indie rock band Kings Kaleidoscope. Kings Kaleidoscope is renowned for their energetic performances and complex, layered sound – a fitting choice for the inaugural RISE Music Festival.
Beyond Kings Kaleidoscope, the RISE Music Festival has curated an eclectic lineup spanning various genres. This includes hip-hop acts and performances by local artists such as the Rap Society and RISE Worship Collective. Given the multi-genre focus, music lovers of all tastes have something to look forward to at the festival.
Tickets for the inaugural RISE Music Festival are now available for purchase online. With the event being hailed as more than just a music festival, but as a cultural experience, anticipation is running high. So don’t miss out on the chance to be a part of what is set to be a milestone event for San Antonio’s music and cultural scene.
