Acclaimed actor and comedian Ronny Chieng is set to bring his Love to Hate It Tour to the vibrant city of San Antonio this Saturday. Known for his electrifying performances and hilarious stand-up comedy, Chieng has been making waves in the entertainment world, both on the small screen and the silver screen.
Chieng launched his career in television as a correspondent on The Daily Show in 2015. He swiftly caught the attention of Hollywood producers, landing major roles in movies such as Crazy Rich Asians and the Marvel blockbuster Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. His recent projects include the sci-fi horror movie M3GAN and the latest installment of the animated hit Kung Fu Panda.
However, the Asian-Australian artist hasn’t forgotten his comedy roots. With three Netflix-funded comedy specials on his roster alongside his new tour, it is evident that Chieng continues to prioritize his passion for stand-up comedy.
The much-anticipated performance will take place on Saturday, May 4 at the H-E-B Performance Hall located in the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, a prominent arts venue in San Antonio. Tickets for the event range from $39 – $59. The show will commence at 7 p.m. and guarantees an evening filled with laughter and fun.
The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts can be found at 100 Auditorium Place and can be contacted via their phone line at (210) 223-8624 and their official website, tobincenter.org. Fans are urged to book their tickets soon as Chieng’s shows have a reputation of selling out rapidly.
