Authorities apprehended Joshua Albert Joseph, a resident of New Orleans, on Friday morning at approximately 10 AM. He now faces murder charges in connection with Shrewsbury’s death. Joseph was identified as the driver of the vehicle involved in the incident.

According to the police report, Shrewsbury confronted Joseph and another individual when they attempted to make a purchase using fake cash. Shortly after the confrontation, a female suspect, later identified as Adiah Damir Roberson, exited the vehicle and fatally shot Shrewsbury before fleeing the scene. Shrewsbury was pronounced dead at the restaurant.
