Adding Further to its Current Store Count, Salad and Go Digs Roots in the Far West Side

Salad and Go, the rapidly expanding fast-casual concept, is set to launch its sixth outlet in the city, this time in the far west side. According to an April 11 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction at the new store located at 12342 W. U.S. Highway 90 is set to commence in October of this year, with completion expected by February 2025.

Emerging from Arizona, Salad and Go has quickly built an impressive reputation for its assorted platter of made-to-order salads, wraps, breakfast burritos and bowls.
