San Antonio: Get Cozy with Festive Fun!

Hey there, San Antonio! The holiday spirit is blossoming, and this season is going to be a blast! As the temperature drops and the leaves begin to twirl, it’s time to put up those Christmas trees and light up your holiday season. A fantastic event is making its way to our city, and you won’t want to miss it.

Introducing Hot Holidays on Houston Street

Get ready to sip, taste, and celebrate, because the brilliant minds behind the largest coffee festival in San Antonio are back at it again. They’re launching a brand new event called Hot Holidays on Houston Street, and it’s set to take place on December 7 from 5 to 9 p.m. for a delightful evening of festivity, coziness, and community spirit!

This ticketed event is a steal at just $40 and promises to be a winter wonderland. Local businesses and sweet treat purveyors such as La Panaderia and The Beignet Stand will all be present to spread holiday cheer. To top off the experience, you’ll walk away with a special commemorative mug—perfect for sipping your favorite hot beverage!

Holidays on Houston: A Glistening Spectacle

To make the evening even more magical, Houston Street will come alive for the Centro’s Holidays on Houston festivities. This dazzling decor and fun events kicked off back in 2023, and they’ll be running from November 29, 2024, all the way through January 2, 2025, transforming our streets into a festive wonderland.

Sample Away at the Holiday Market

Mark your calendars because the fun doesn’t stop there! The Hot Holidays on Houston Street will feature a lively holiday market with fun activations stretching from the historic Alameda Theater to the beautiful Frost Bank Promenade.

What could be better than exploring a market filled with unique handmade gifts and taking your palate on a delicious journey? With your admission ticket, you’ll get to sample eight delicious drink samples of curated seasonal delights. Think warm hot cider, rich hot chocolate courtesy of Hernan, and strong, aromatic coffee from favorites like Dos Perros Coffee and Pulp Coffee Roasters. The possibilities are endless!

Something for Everyone

And for those of you looking to kick back and enjoy some holiday cheer in a more adult manner, don’t fret! There will be a dedicated cocktail area along San Pedro Creek where you can warm up with a classic hot toddy or explore other festive cocktails. It’s all about spreading good vibes and delighting the senses!
