Exciting News for Music and Rodeo Fans in San Antonio!

San Antonio is buzzing with anticipation as the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo gears up for its 2025 edition! Mark your calendars because the legendary rock star, Sammy Hagar, is set to rock the stage on February 20. He isn’t just any musician; he’s a Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and the former front man of the iconic band Van Halen. Hagar last graced the rodeo with his high-energy performance in 2019, and fans have been eagerly waiting for his return.

Who Else is Joining the Lineup?

This year’s concert lineup is looking incredible! Tyler Hubbard, the talented artist who became famous as half of the duo Florida Georgia Line, will kick things off on February 14. His transition to a solo artist has been nothing short of successful, making him a must-see act!

Country music lovers will also get to enjoy Scotty McCreery, who will be performing on February 6. The country star is fresh off the release of his album Rise & Fall, which includes hits like “Cab in a Solo” and “Fall of Summer.” Get ready to sing along!

And let’s not forget about the rising star Koe Wetzel, blending country and rock sounds so seamlessly. He’ll be taking the stage on February 7, promising an unforgettable night. Country duo Muscadine Bloodline is also set to bring their unique sound to the rodeo on February 13, while newcomer Nate Smith, whose album California Gold is dropping next month, will wrap up the musical festivities on February 22.

Earlier this year, the rodeo had already announced performances by notable artists like Keith Urban, Dwight Yoakam, Diamond Rio, and Zach Top. There’s excitement in the air, and we can’t wait to see who else will be added to the lineup when the final batch of artists is announced around the first week of November.

A Great Cause

The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo isn’t just about great music and thrilling rides; it’s also a fantastic way to support education. Proceeds from the event go directly to scholarships for Texas students. Last year alone, the rodeo raised an impressive $12.5 million for this important cause, and since 1984, it has awarded a staggering $267 million to students across Texas!
