City of San Antonio Teams Up with Herospace to Boost Local Businesses’ Online Presence

Introducing the Digital Presence Program
The collaboration has resulted in a federally funded initiative, the Digital Presence Program, tailored to help owners of local businesses utilize online resources and broaden their clientele base. The programme offers a comprehensive digital support system to San Antonio-based businesses that meet specific size requirements.
As part of the initiative, business owners can complete an online survey to receive a detailed report that critiques their online presence, providing insight into what’s working and what areas need improvement. The program will prioritize businesses in need of significant help with their online presence and digital skills.
Providing Digital Support to Businesses
Local businesses operating in areas likely to be affected by current or future city construction projects are also eligible for free digital services. After answering the survey, business owners should meet with a digital marketing expert from Herospace, who will then formulate a custom plan to boost their online presence based on the generated report.
The experts will provide assistance on a variety of digital elements, including the workings of their website, management of social media accounts, and the curation of appealing photos and videos. The free services aim to help businesses that require more digital assistance, particularly those affected by long-term city construction projects, to maintain their operations.
