San Antonio Pets Alive! Hosting Free Adoption Event on Thursday

San Antonio – In a bid to assist as many animals as possible find their forever homes, San Antonio Pets Alive! has organized an adoption special event offering more than 50 animals free of charge. The event is slated for Thursday, June 20, 2024, and will take place at Principle Volvo Cars of San Antonio at 1326 NE Interstate Loop 410, from 6-7:30 p.m.

MidSommar Adoption Event

With a significant overflow of cats and dogs at San Antonio Pets Alive! (SAPA!), the organization looks to free up kennel space to save as many animal lives as possible. As the name suggests, the MidSommar Adoption Event is organized with this end in mind.

All the animals available for adoption at SAPA! are already up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and have received either spraying or neutering services. The organization’s primary aim for hosting this event is to give the animals a chance to live in a loving, caring, and secure environment.

A Chance for Animals to Find Forever Homes

This event will be a great opportunity for families and individuals looking to adopt a pet. It gives potential pet owners the chance to meet and interact with various animals and hopefully find the perfect match. Adopting a pet has numerous benefits, not only for the animals but for individuals and families as well. Pets have proven to significantly improve mental health, and provide companionship and unconditional love.

Join in and Help Save Lives

The event is open to all animal lovers, current pets’ owners, and individuals interested in adopting a pet. Anyone unable to adopt can still play a part in saving the pets’ lives by spreading the word about the event or making donations to support San Antonio Pets Alive!
