The following day, a desperate search led deputies to discover her lifeless body approximately three miles away, closer to Dafoste Park. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office later determined that Dramiga had suffered from head trauma—a critical piece of evidence that suggests foul play.

Bexar County Sheriff, Javier Salazar, expressed this sentiment, stating, “Would I have loved to be able to put somebody in jail by now for the case? Initially, there had been a ray of hope when authorities arrested a person of interest, Marco Antonio Flores, a 37-year-old whose questionable behavior caught the attention of law enforcement while they were surveying the area following the tragic discovery. Salazar noted that while Flores seemed to have insider knowledge about the murder, they were unable to directly link him to the crime.

Notably, those who assist may even be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000—an appealing incentive for anyone who wishes to help bring justice to Stacey Dramiga and her grieving family.
