San Antonio – The United States Marshals Service is actively seeking the public’s help to locate Pablo Orozco-Vasquez, a man they claim has repeatedly entered the United States unlawfully.

History of Vasquez’s Illegal Activities

In 2022, Vasquez was convicted and sentenced to serve 72 months in federal prison following charges related to his illegal re-entry into the United States. Following his prison term, he was put under supervised release for a year. However, during this period, Vasquez is alleged to have violated the conditions of his release by again entering the U.S. illegally and failing to report to his assigned probation officer.

Current Situation

Presently, the 52-year-old, 5’10”, 185-pound Vasquez is on the run. His last known address has been identified as being in Laredo, TX, but he is also known to have close connections to San Antonio. Following these alleged violations, the U.S. Marshals are now seeking assistance from the public to locate and apprehend Vasquez.

How Public Can Assist

Those with relevant information pertaining to the whereabouts of Vasquez are urged to contact the U.S. Marshals’ Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at (210) 657-8500. With community members working in collaboration with law enforcement officers, there is a higher likelihood of successfully apprehending the accused and ensuring the safety and security of our borders.

Importance of Public Involvement

Public assistance in cases like these is invaluable. By maintaining clear communication channels with law enforcement bodies, citizens can contribute significantly to maintaining law and order. It underlines the crucial role that every individual can play in ensuring national security and enforcing immigration laws.

Note of Caution

However, it is important to note that while the public’s assistance is solicited, citizens are urged not to engage or confront the accused directly. These actions should be left to trained law enforcement professionals to avoid unnecessary danger or potential harm. The public’s primary role is to provide relevant information, which can then be used responsibly and accurately by the appropriate authorities to complete their operations successfully.
