San Antonio — The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) women’s tennis team is gearing up for an exciting 2025 spring season, with the announcement of their complete schedule. Released on December 23, the lineup features eleven road matches and twelve home matches, offering fans a chance to see their team compete both at home and away.

The Roadrunners will kick off their spring campaign with a doubleheader against Prairie View A&M on January 15 in Prairie View, Texas. This match will set the tone for the upcoming season as the players take to the court for their initial contests.

Early Season Matches

Following the opener, the team will travel to Las Cruces, New Mexico, to face off against New Mexico State on January 18, before heading to El Paso to challenge UTEP on January 19. A week later, UTSA will return home to battle Texas State on January 25, followed closely by a match against St. Mary’s (SA) on January 26.

Throughout their spring schedule, UTSA aims to build momentum early and secure wins against various Texas universities. Their third home match will take place against Abilene Christian on February 1, as the Roadrunners continue to establish a strong home court presence.

Road Trips and Conference Play

As the season progresses, the team will hit the road again, traveling to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on February 4 and then to Huntsville to take on Sam Houston the following week on February 7. They will then head to Beaumont, Texas, to face Lamar on February 8.
